Smoking Cigarettes Compared to Marijuana For Lung Health/Marijuana Worse for you than Cigarette??

Cigarettes vs Marijuana for Lung Health

Cigarette and marijuana smoking have long had adverse effects on  lung health. Research on tobacco cigarettes has shown that they are harmful and often fatal to lung lung health, not so obvious with marijuana. Researchers cannot find similar health problems and long-term effects on lung lung health.

Cannabis is not bad for  lung health, but has positive long-term effects, according to new research recently published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

Co-exposure to light, once a week, actually improves  lung health, Jama reports. Despite prolonged intensive exposure, it reduced the capacity of one joint, lung and lungs per day for ten years. But strong performance is much, much higher than normal.

Marijuana Shown to Be Less Damaging to Lungs Than Tobacco

According to researchers at the University of California, San Francisco, smoking for seven years a week does not harm the function of the lungs. He came up with that number after following over 5,000 people for 20 years.

In fact, some measurements of lung lung function in topical marijuana smokers have actually been improved. This may be due to deep attacks of marijuana use. In contrast, past and present cigarette smokers have impaired lung and lung function.

Researchers do not know why marijuana is harmful to lung health, but it may be positive for medical users.
